SAE 100 R4 hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oil. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have excellent performance in delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from one layer or multiple layers of cloth or textile fibers with proper steel wire spiral, making hose suitable for high working pressure environment. Cover is made from oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, making hose suitable for terrible working environment.

Features and advantages: Operating pressure range is 40-305 PSI depending on size Small bending radius, using low force can be bent, easy to install SAE 100R4, J1942 Oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber outer layer

Structure: The hose is composed of a layer of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a reinforced layer of single or multiple layers of cloth or multiple layers of cloth or woven textile fibers and an appropriate pipe body wire roundabout line or an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber outer layer.

Application: Suitable for oil based hydraulic fluids with temperature range from -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉) hoses.ter layer.
